Say when

Amy: "The sizzler steak sounds good to me. What are you having?"

Arthur: "I'm getting the grilled salmon, but first, could you pour me some coffee from that carafe?"

Amy: "Sure. Say when."

Arthur: "When."

What are you having? = What food or drink are you planning to order at a restaurant?

Say when = Tell me when I have given you enough of something; usually used when pouring liquid for someone
